Who is Eligible: Any business entity, except a public utility or a subsidiary thereof that is licensed as an Alarm Systems Contractor as defined by Mississippi State Code, SB2742 Section 3.b. (Companies which offer electronic protective systems, burglar alarm systems, closed circuit television alarm systems, or services to such alarms or systems to the public.)
Applicants must be willing and agree to conduct their business in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Association.
Regular Members will be entitled to all benefits of the Association and will be given due notice, fair representation and the right to participate in all elections.
Company membership dues for one year are $300. $75 of the $300 goes to pay for the Lobbyist
Upon approval from the Board of Directors of the MSA your company becomes eligible for all rights under your membership classification according to the MSA By-laws. The undersigned agrees to abide by and subscribe to all by-laws, code of ethics and anti-trust statements of the MSA.
